Our emergency air ambulance service is designed for rapid response in time-critical situations, providing immediate deployment for patients requiring urgent medical attention. Based in Toluca, we serve patients throughout Mexico, North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean, ensuring fast access to the appropriate level of care wherever it is needed.
We exclusively operate a fleet of fully ICU-equipped Learjet aircraft, each configured for critical care transport. Every flight is staffed with a specialized critical care medical crew, capable of delivering continuous, ICU-level treatment throughout the entire journey. From trauma and cardiac emergencies to urgent inter-facility transfers, we provide safe, precise, and medically managed transport when every second matters.
Our service is fully inclusive and bed-to-bed, meaning we manage every aspect of the transport:

If a receiving hospital bed has not yet been secured, our team can arrange appropriate placement, ensuring the patient is accepted and expected upon arrival.
We handle all operational logistics, including flight planning, permits, customs coordination, and international clearances, allowing for a seamless and stress-free process for families and providers.

Once all documentation is received and confirmed, our typical response time is within one hour to be airborne, unless additional time is required for landing permits or special authorizations.

For patients who are stable but require supervision, we offer medical escort services on commercial flights. A qualified healthcare professional accompanies the patient, providing monitoring, medication administration, and in-flight support.
We manage all travel logistics and airline coordination, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and medically supervised journey.
Ground Ambulance
Our ground ambulance division provides reliable, medically equipped transportation for both emergency and non-emergency situations. Staffed by trained paramedics and medical personnel, our units ensure safe and efficient patient movement within cities and across regions.
Ground services are also fully integrated with our air operations, allowing for seamless coordination between ground and air transport. Whether for hospital transfers, airport connections, or local response, we maintain the same high standard of care on every journey.
Hospital Bed Coordination
Finding the right medical facility quickly is critical. Our team provides rapid hospital placement services, identifying appropriate bed availability based on the patient’s condition—whether ICU, specialty care, or general admission.
We coordinate directly with hospitals to ensure readiness upon arrival, integrating this service with our transport operations for a smooth and efficient admission process.
